We implement double login and seperate account for citymall.com.my.
Your citymall member account had nothing to do with your citymall customer or merchant account. Thus, you can enjoy full privacy. You can express yourself without affecting your buying or selling experience.

In order to access to most of the section, you may need to:
1. Register as member for our portal.
2. Enable cookies for our website.
3. Make sure your Firewall do not block our site.
4. You may not have the rights to access. Some page is only accessible by certain group of member such as Premium Member, CityMall Merchant and so on...
5. To access some page or download, you may need to have some "Karma" score. What is "Karma"? Karma is a score system in Citymall. Everytime you post a topic in CityMall Forum, you will get 50 Karma.
6. It might be due to coding problem, just kindly contact us using the online form.
